SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

LICENSE:

* Passion Audio Player is freeware.

* You may NOT alter the package that this software comes in, and you
may NOT make custom packaging for this software.

* You may NOT alter this software in any way, including changing help
and text files, and generally any file that comes with this software.

* Passion Audio Player IS DISTRIBUTED 'AS IS'. NO WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BASICALLY, YOU
USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. GEORGE BOUDOURIS WILL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF
PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING
OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

* Passion Audio Player can be re-distributed on internet, CD-ROM or
anything, freely as long as NO FEE is charged and all the files
remain INTACT AND UNMODIFIED..

* You are hereby licensed to make any number of backup copies of
this free software and documentation. You can give the copy of
the software to anyone or distribute the freeware version of the
software providing that no additional fee is charged and the
package files are not modified in any way.

* Passion Audio Player has support for external music encoders.
NONE ENCODER IS INCLUDED IN THIS SOFTWARE PACKAGE.
To use encoders, you have to download them by your own, and the
responsibility for the use of these encoders is yours and only yours.
MAKE SURE YOU READ THE ENCODER's LICENSE AND THAT YOU DON'T VIOLATE IT.
SOME ENCODERS REQUIRE TO PAY FEES TO USE THEM, AND YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE
ENCODER's AUTHORS FOR THIS.

GEORGE BOUDOURIS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ENCODER LICENSE VIOLATION.

* All copyrights to Passion Audio Player are exclusively
owned by George Boudouris.

* Installing and using Passion Audio Player means the acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with
the terms of this license you must remove Passion Audio Player files
from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
